We put our patients and their health first and expect our Front Desk Goddess to do the same. We are a blend of intuitive wellness professionals with big hearts with a modern wellness clinic so you can't be afraid of technology, either. We expect you to be comfortable with scheduling software (MindBody experience is a major plus!), Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, MailChimp or Constant Contact and social media platforms. Medical office/HIPPA training experience preferred. Spa/Salon Retail inventory management experience also a plus.

5 days per week (Mon-Fri)

9:00am – 1:00pm

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour DOE

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Become knowledgeable about the services offered at Advanced Health & Wellness
  • Answer questions and address patient questions (be the doctor’s liaison)
  • Answer incoming calls, scheduling appointments
  • Handling payments for services, sending receipts
  • Handling product sales in person and over the phone
  • Receiving letters and packages and distributing them into appropriate mailboxes
  • Prepare outgoing mail and outgoing online product orders
  • Check, sort and answer emails
  • Cleaning floors, furniture, and bathrooms, taking out the trash, laundry, washing dishes
  • Keeping front desk and bathroom stocked with supplies
  • Assisting clients using the infrared sauna, cleaning sauna between sessions
  • Performing “opening” and “closing” duties
